I was leading a small conference on the prevention of health risks by means of yoga / traditional medicine  

A former soldier in the Foreign Legion, I worked as high mountain team leader and  have received several medals, notably the National Defense Medal, and the NATO Medals (for Peacekeeping Operations in Africa and in the former Yugoslavia).

Holder of an MBA in entrepreneurship (HEC Paris), author, and member ofInternational Association of Yoga Therapists (United States), I'm mostly specialized in the prevention of health risks in the workplace. I also work (in part-time) as Data Analyst in the medical field, wherefrom I pull interesting facts, based on studies carried out all over the world.
