Here are some hatha yoga sessions / intermediate level
Goal: to work & remove tension throughout the muscle chain 
Relaxed session -
recovery after the holidays - 40 min
all body: remove muscle blockages + slow stretching and deep breathing  :) 
Relaxation in "Yin" mode  yoga " - all body / 50min
a relaxation session in "Yin yoga" mode: "slow" and relaxing postures for the legs, pelvis, back and neck. Everything is preceded by a series of "sun salutations"...
All body. 1 hour
Focus on the entire muscle chain of the body: legs, back, shoulders, abs, arms, neck.
Principle: warm-up - work - stretch - relaxation. Chavasana (death pose) at the end.
1h / focus on the pelvis 
One hour session, all body + particular emphasis on the development of mobility of the pelvis. 
Full body / shoulders and back  / 1h15
All body /  detoxification and pivots /  1 hour
The practice oriented to the stimulation of the work of the internal organs. Passages of Kapalabahti followed by pivoting postures, postures for the back, legs, Shavasana (resting posture) and Yoga-Nidra.
A little more toned, with particular emphasis on the shoulders and back. 
Principle: warm-up - work - stretch - relaxation. Chavasana (death pose) at the end.
